Margaret Hart and Maurice (Morrice) Langdeau were the in-laws for two of Phileas Turgeon's brothers (Abraham and Benjamin).

Margaret was born into the Yankton Sioux Indian tribe, and while earlier records show she was baptized in Omaha by Father DeSmet, she spent most of her life in Dakota territory.
