Katie Smith just recently returned from South Dakota, and these are just a few of the photos she took while there.  She attended the annual CZECH Days parade in Tabor, South Dakota.  It is billed as the worlds "longest parade".  It was more bearable when they had the beer floats come by occasionally...but in recent years, they no longer have floats with "oompa bands" and Kegs for the parade watchers to refill their glass.

What's a parade without a team of horses?

Used to be a lot of polka floats and beer floats (get free beer)...now the beer floats are gone.
