2008 RYAN REUNION WEEKEND SCHEDULE

FRIDAY, JULY 18^th 

6:00 P.M.  Reception at The Ramada in the Club Room (NOTE: room is available until 10pm).  Appetizers will be served after 6:00pm. 

Registration Table will include: 

*        Guest Book.

*        Local area maps / brochures.

*        Questionnaire/ Ryan Mansion tour sign-up sheet.

*        Mary Claire (Ryan) & Don Fane Happy 60^th Anniversary card.

*        Disposable cameras (first come, first serve). Don’t forget to return them to me by the end of the reunion. 

*        Cousins Tim & Terry (Ruth Ryan) Smith will be available to electronically scan family documents / photos (www.irishjohnsmith.com).  NOTE:  If you are concerned about your important family artifacts, just bring the entire scrapbook; they will be able to scan the page without taking it out of its protective covering. 

SATURDAY , JULY 19^th 

9:00 A.M.  Ryan Golf Tournament at Galena Golf Club (1/4 mile North of The Ramada).

10:30A.M. Ryan Mansion Tours begins (tours start every 15 min. and the last tour starts at 3:30p.m.)

4:00 P.M.  Mass at St. Mary Catholic Church (406 Franklin Street).

6:00 P.M.  Reception The Ramada (Meadow View West Room), bar opens at 6pm.  (NOTE: Room is available until midnight).

6:30 P.M.  Group photo.

7:00 P.M.  Dinner served.    

After Dinner: 

*        Golf awards presented.

^*           Family presentations (special announcements, etc.)

SUNDAY, JULY 20th

7 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.  To those interested, breakfast is served at Frank O’Dowd’s Irish Pub at The Irish Cottage.  Available to the general public every Saturday and Sunday for $8.95 per person.  “Menu options vary daily and may include a Deep Dish Irish Omelet, Tipperary Toast, Dublin Eggs Benedict or Pancake-Crepe with Fresh Fruit Salsa.”  Ph: 866-284-7474  OR  815-776-0707.
